The schedule of paper submission is as follows:

• Final date of submission of abstracts: 15 March 2008 (GMT/ UK local time)
• Selection of papers by the scientific committee: 25 March 2008
• Deadline for submission of full papers: 15 April 2008
• Seminar : 05 & 06 June 2008

Important information

1. The papers will be reviewed by a scientific committee.
2. The abstracts should be no more than 300 words and should contain all the features of the main paper in brief.
3. Applicants should be under 35 years (by Dec.2008) and affiliated with higher education institutions or fire/emergency services in Nepal. Participants outside Kathmandu Valley are highly encouraged to participate in the seminar.
